Yes the name looks like it’s spelled wrong but it’s not. This is my parent’s property in Segiun, TX. They have about 25 acres of open land out there; they were trying to do a Pecan Anchored out here in the hopes of one day moving out here. That would be AWSUME to live out here to me. We stayed out here for a few days and man was it FUN!! Way better then staying in an RV PARK!! No check out time and no worries about picking up the dog poop.

This is the sunset when we arrived. It was late and got dark real fast.

This was the next morning the Fog was out.

The Cows that greeted us, my dad leases the property out to a guy that grows hay and puts his cows out there from time to time. At one point when I was walking the dogs I thought they were going to charge us because Amber was barking at them.

Here is the Windmill that when I was a kid I would play in the water that would flow from the over flow sprout at the top. It was so fun!! Today the Windmill is broken sometime back Segiun got some pretty bad weather and it ripped the pipe out from the ground. We can’t find anyone to repair it. We used to have a well under there who knows if it is still there or if it’s dried up

These Pecan Trees just turned 28, when I was a little girl my dad planed them It’s really neat to see how some of these trees are growing.

Here is one of the old Cow Patty that happened to be right under our steps. We had to look out for these when we were walking around. They were just about everywhere out there.

Here is another Butterfly that I found! I love Butterflies they are so pretty!

Here is a Grass Hopper that I found too when we were walking throw the grass they were all over. There was some really BIG ones out there this one I just happened to see before he hopped away.

The back set, every trip we go on with the RV this is what the back set looks like. The dogs have so much fun sniffing places they have never been before and barking at the new things for them to see. Penny has fun exploring with us.
If you ever go to Segiun might I suggest you visit ZDT’s they are a great family fun Amusement park the Owner of the park puts in a lot of time and effort in finding the best equipment that would benefit his business. He has had thing shipped in from overseas, he special orders things to make his amusement park special and unique and the location of the Amusement park is Unique all on it’s own ask when you visit they will tell you, you just can’t hide something like that when you drive up you will see what I mean.
So Last weekend we had to go to Harper, TX for a customer. We were hoping to have some time to visit with the New Owners of our Siberian Husky and visit with him. He was such a Great Dog, and I kind of miss him around here. Well we ended up camping in Kerrville, TX at the Guadalupe River RV Park and Resort that is not to very far from Harper and didn’t get to visit with our Friends that have our Husky do to it was Halloween Weekend. BUT look at this really pretty RV Park that we stayed at. For all my Craft Friends that follow this Blog I could not believe that they actually had a Craft Store on the Map, Hometown Crafts is one of our customers and they are like a Michael’s, Hobby Lobby or Jo Anns.

The River here was not that great although it was a BEAUTIFUL sight we had to go down the road a little and try out our Raft Tub. It was SOO MUCH FUN but I was a little worried about Penelope she wanted to play in the water so much. She end up dunking her head in the cold water it kind of freaked her out a little but she got over it and didn’t do it again. Thanks to our Friends in Del Rio at Amistad Marine we had some life jackets and she was wearing one made me feel a little bit better about the how thing.

Here is a little squeal that was a little far away but I think it is still really cute they were out and about too.
So this weekend we went to Del Rio, TX ands stayed a New RV Park called the Brock Mill. It actually was a very nice place our customer Gal at Amasta Marina down the street recommended it; one of their friends just opened it. Know that I brought up the Amasta Marina if you need a fishing license for either Mexico or Texas she is right there on the way so stop in and she will get you all set up.
So we wanted to go rafting in the water and we were hoping that we could on Saturday but there was no way we could get the raft inflated so we had a plain for Sunday before we left and the weather did not primed us to play. So another time and another trip we will have to do to play in there water.

Let me tell you about the land as you can see from the pictures there are lots of bushes everywhere and there are Cactus, Thorny Bushes and all kind of prickly growing things wild. I swear I heard a Rattler Snake in the field next to our RV. Make sure you were shoes with a GOOD sol on them. I had completely forgot about this and wore flip-flops the entire weekend and had a few close calls with the thorny bushes. I imagine it probably would not have been to fun if we had got one of the thorns in our foot. I felt bad for our dogs tromping throw the field.
These are the cows that we sow on the way back to the RV Park. Some of these cows were lying in the street and we would have to wait for them to move out of the way. Some of them looked like the would have charged us.
Welcome to the Levan family blog. We bought a Jayco Jay Flight 29bhs in September 2009, we've never had a RV before but we are looking forward to many fun trips. Our family is a small one it's just Rebecca (Mom), Dustin (Dad), and Penelope (Baby). Penelope loves being in the trailer and seems to enjoy visiting new places.
We took our first trip September 25 - 27 to Jellystone RV park in Canyon Lake, TX. This park was the perfect place to come with kids. We had a huge site in the back of the park with no one else around!

Judgeing from Penelope's smile she really enjoyed herself out there. I think her favorite part was the swimming pool or the playground. She was alittle scared of the giant Yogi bear though!
Sunday morning while getting ready to pack in camp and head out we found this walking stick sitting on the tires of the travel trailer. I hadn't seen one of these since I was a little kid, you don't see them everyday in the city!
On saturday we walked around New Braunfels, TX in the town square. Below are some pictures of some interesting sites.
